We are based in a prime position within the East Kilbride Village and have built our lettings business to an impressive level throughout our ten years in business. We have won the ‘Best Letting Agent’ award within the G71-G80 area two years in a row (2021 and 2022) with The British Property Awards.

  • Complete comprehensive credit checks, employers and previous landlord references for potential tenants through our trusted partners at Let Alliance
  • Prepare and complete all tenancy paperwork on your behalf
  • Complete a detailed report of your property the day the tenant moves in and out of your property, including any necessary photographic evidence and meter readings
  • Arrange safety certificates
  • Organise for Landlords Buildings and Contents Insurance through our trusted Financial Advisers
  • Place the Tenant’s deposit with Safe Deposit Scotland, as required by Law
  • Collect the rent on the same day each month and transfer over to you via our Payprop banking software within a day of being received
  • Conduct regular inspections on the property during the tenancy
  • Organise for repairs and deduct cost from monthly rental following Landlord authorisation
